Matt Howard - Occupational Therapy Team Lead

Matt has previously worked in several organisations both private and non for profit within the NDIS space. He has worked with people across the lifespan to support the development of their daily living skills, working with the participant and family as well as a building construction professional to enable access into the home and prescribing assistive technology to support their goals.

Matt is passionate about providing holistic and family-centred care, supporting children and adults in collaboration with their families and supports to achieve the best possible outcomes regarding their living skills, transfers and access goals. With a keen interest in supporting participants with home modifications as well as building their capacity for life skills.

Matt has a keen interest into several sports and enjoys socialising with his friends.

Matt has capacity to see clients in the inner and outer south-eastern suburbs of Melbourne, such as Springvale, Narre Warren, Dandenong, Frankston, Berwick, Pakenham, Officer, Mordialloc and surrounds.

Angelique Pykoulas - Occupational Therapist

Angelique’s previous work history has been based in the community setting, primarily supporting adult-aged NDIS participants and Home Care Package aged care-based clients. Angelique is experienced in providing holistic assessment and intervention for adults (aged 18+) to support them to achieve their goals, through prescription of assistive technologies and home modifications, completing capacity building for improving daily living skills, and supporting caregivers to complete effective manual handling practices.

Angelique’s areas of interest include implementing assistive technology and home modifications to support people of all needs to enable a greater quality of life and improve their independence, in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team. Angelique is passionate about seating and positioning and has wealth of experience in working with a wide range of complex physical disability presentations. Angelique is also experienced in report writing within the NDIS and completes functional assessments and thorough functional capacity reports to support NDIS plan reviews.

Angelique has capacity to see clients in the Central, Inner-East and Bayside suburbs of Melbourne, such as St Kilda, Elwood, Brighton, Sandringham, Cheltenham, Burwood, Camberwell, Glen Waverly, Springvale and surrounds.
